The back plastic where all the wired attach to the iron is poorly made and takes all the rotational force. It cracked after a MONTH of light use. Not worth the price and very disappointing. Also uneven heating between both sides.

No disappointment here. Just don't overfill or it is hard to rotate. Less is best for the amount of batter used.

This product works as advertised. If your are making waffles for 6 grandchildren at a time, you need a device that makes more than one at a time.
The only caution I have is to follow the directions exactly as to how much batter to put in the waffle iron. Do this and you'll love the results.

Our guests enjoy watching the double waffle iron prepared before them.
All have commented how good the waffles are.
We serve fresh fruit with them.
